Which heating pad suits you?

  • HeatMat: a flat pad of 30 x 40 cm. Place the heating pad on your back, in your lap or under your feet. Six heat settings and a timer of 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
  • WarmWrap XXL: a roomy pad of 93 x 73 cm that drapes over your shoulders and covers your back. With snap buttons at the neck and a belt around your waist. Three heat settings.
  • HeatHalo: a collar of 60 x 62 cm for your neck and shoulders, which you close at the front with snap buttons. Four heat settings; after 90 minutes the collar switches off by itself.
  • Thera: a wrap for neck and shoulders that runs on a power bank. Three heat settings and three vibration settings, separately or together. After 45 minutes the wrap switches off by itself.

Corded or on a power bank?

The HeatMat, the WarmWrap XXL and the HeatHalo plug into a wall socket. The HeatMat's cord is 2.3 meters, the HeatHalo's 2 meters. If you want to move freely, for example at your desk or on the go, the Thera is handy. You connect the Thera to a power bank or USB adapter of at least 5 V and 2 A. You store the power bank in the pocket. A power bank is not included in the box.

Using it safely

The HeatMat, the WarmWrap XXL and the Thera have overheating protection, and all four switch themselves off. Do not fold a heating pad double while the heating pad is switched on, and let the heating pad cool down before you store the pad.

Washing

What can go in the wash differs per pad. The HeatMat and the WarmWrap XXL can go in the washing machine at max. 30 °C, after you detach the controller. For the HeatHalo, wash the cover. The Thera is not machine washable: clean stains locally.

What is the difference between a heating pad and a hot water bottle?

You place a heating pad against your back or around your shoulders, for example. You hold a hot water bottle in your hands or against your body. Above all, choose the shape that suits how you use it.

Which heating pad suits my neck and shoulders?

The HeatHalo is a collar for neck and shoulders. The WarmWrap XXL also covers the back. The Thera is a wrap with heat and vibration modes.

Which heating pad works with a power bank?

The Thera wrap works with a power bank or USB adapter of at least 5 V and 2 A. A power bank is not included in the box.

Can an electric heating pad go in the washing machine?

HeatMat and WarmWrap XXL can be washed at up to 30 °C without the control. For the HeatHalo, wash only the cover. The Thera must not be washed.
