Hot water bottles

Three types of hot water bottles

• Electric hot water bottle with water: the Bellune and the Aura are rechargeable hot water bottles. You heat them with the charger and then use them without a cord. The Bellune has three heat settings, up to 65 °C. The Aura comes in a soft cover with room for your hands.
• Hot water bottle without water: the Embera contains a heating plate that runs on a power bank or USB adapter. Nothing needs to be boiled and nothing can leak. After 45 minutes the Embera switches itself off.
• Hot water bottle: you fill the FuzzyBear yourself with hot water. The FuzzyBear holds 2 liters and comes in a soft cuddly cover with a little bear.

Warm hands, or warmth on your belly?

With the Aura you put your hands in the cover from both sides. You wear the Bellune with the strap around your belly or back, so your hands stay free. Your hands warm up in the soft cover. You place the Embera and the FuzzyBear wherever you want the warmth.

Using an electric hot water bottle properly

• Heat the bottle while the bottle lies flat and still, without the cover. Afterwards, always use the bottle in its cover.
• Only use the charger that comes with the bottle, and remove the charger before you use the bottle.
• Does the bottle look more bulged after a while? Vent the bottle as described in the manual. If the bottle stays bulged, leaks or shows damage, stop using the bottle and contact contact us.

Filling a hot water bottle

Fill the FuzzyBear two-thirds full with water of 60 to 80 °C, never with boiling water. Screw the cap on tightly and check over the sink that the bottle does not leak. Only hold the bottle with the cover around it. Let children use a hot water bottle only under adult supervision.

Cleaning

The Bellune is not machine washable and must never go under water: clean the Bellune with a slightly damp cloth. Wash the Embera's cover by hand, the FuzzyBear's in the washing machine.
