What is a hot water bottle without water?
The Embera is a hot water bottle without water. Inside is an electric heating plate. You connect the Embera to a power bank or USB adapter of at least 2 A. That is not in the box. So you don't need to boil water, and the Embera can't leak. Place the Embera on your stomach or back, or use it to keep your hands and feet warm.
How long does the Embera stay warm?
The Embera has no water that cools down. The heating plate stays warm as long as the Embera is switched on via a power bank or USB adapter. After 45 minutes the Embera switches off automatically. With the button on top you choose from 3 heat settings. The light is green for low, blue for medium and red for high. A safety feature protects against overheating.
Is a Dutch manual included?
Yes. The manual is available in Dutch, English, German and French.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
