Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed with STAUS&BACH (stausenbach.nl). We have written them as clearly as we can. Do you have a question about these terms? Feel free to email us.
Article 1. Definitions
- We or STAUS&BACH: Just Another Store B.V., see article 2.
- You or the customer: the person who orders from us.
- Consumer: a customer who buys as a private individual, not for a profession or business.
- Agreement: the purchase that comes into being when you place an order with us.
- Cooling-off period: the period during which a consumer may withdraw from the agreement, see article 6.
- In writing: including by email.

Article 3. When do these terms apply?
- These terms apply to every offer from us and to every agreement you enter into with us via stausenbach.nl.
- You can read these terms before you order, and save or print them. On request, we will send them to you free of charge.
- Other terms, such as those of a business customer, do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.
- If a provision is not valid, the other provisions remain in force. In place of the invalid provision, the provision that most closely resembles it will apply.
- As a consumer, you always have the protection that the law gives you. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Article 4. The offer
- On the product page, we describe the product as fully and accurately as we can. Images show the product as faithfully as possible.
- The price, including VAT, is shown with each product. You can see the shipping costs before you complete your order.
- If there is a clear mistake or error in our offer, for example a price that is obviously wrong, we are not bound by it. We will let you know as soon as possible. If you have already paid, you will get your money back.
Article 5. The agreement
- The agreement comes into being when you complete your order with the order button on the checkout page, which confirms that you are accepting an obligation to pay.
- We confirm your order by email straight away. That email, or an attachment to it, contains the key details of your order.
- If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is no longer available, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund what you have already paid within 14 days.
Article 6. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
- As a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving a reason. This cooling-off period ends 30 days after the day on which you, or someone you have named who is not the carrier, receive the product. If the products in an order arrive separately, the day you receive the last product counts.
- You withdraw by letting us know within the cooling-off period:
- online, using the withdrawal function Terminate the agreement here. You do not need an account. After you confirm, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with the content of your notice and the date and time;
- by email or by post, with a clear statement, to the details in article 2; or
- with the model withdrawal form in our returns policy.
- You are in time if you send your notice before the cooling-off period has ended.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products that we make to your specifications, or that are clearly intended for you personally;
- sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if you have broken the seal after receiving them.
- The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only.
- After the cooling-off period, you can no longer withdraw. If we still take back a product without a defect after that, it is a courtesy. Article 11 applies to a product with a defect.
Article 7. After withdrawing
- You send the product back as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you let us know that you are withdrawing, to: Just Another Store B.V., De Beverspijken 7D, 5221 EE 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands.
- You send the product back with all its parts. The original packaging is not required, but do pack the product securely.
- If you withdraw within the cooling-off period, we pay the cost of returning the product. You will receive a free return label from us.
- During the cooling-off period, you handle the product with care. You may unpack and use the product as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and function, as you would in a store. If you use it more than that, you are liable for any loss in value this causes.
- We refund all payments to you, including delivery costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you let us know that you are withdrawing. We do not refund extra costs for a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery. If you return only part of your order, we do not refund the delivery costs.
- We refund using the same payment method you paid with, unless you agree to something else. This costs you nothing. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back, or until you show that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
Article 8. Prices
- All our prices are in euros and include VAT.
- The price you see when you complete your order is the price you pay. A price that is lowered or raised later does not change your order.
Article 9. Payment
- You pay on the checkout page of our store platform, Shopify. You can see which payment methods you can choose there, before you order.
- For a consumer purchase, we cannot require you under these terms to pay more than half of the price in advance. If we agree on an advance payment, we fulfil the order after that payment has arrived.
- If anything in your payment details is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible.
Article 10. Delivery
- We deliver to the address you give with your order. You can read where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes in our shipping policy.
- We deliver as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of your order, unless we agree on a different period together. If that is not possible, or if we can only deliver part of your order, we will let you know no later than 30 days after your order. You may then terminate the agreement free of charge. We will then refund you within 14 days.
- Until the product has been delivered to you, or to someone you have named who is not the carrier, the product is at our risk. If it gets lost or damaged in transit, we will resolve it.
Article 11. Warranty
- We guarantee that the product does what you can reasonably expect of it under the agreement. It must match the description, be suitable for normal use and have the durability you can expect. This is your statutory warranty. It has no fixed term.
- If a defect appears within one year of delivery, we assume that it was already there at delivery, unless we show that this is not the case.
- Report a defect within a reasonable time after you discover it. A report within 2 months of discovery is always in time.
- You can choose between free repair or free replacement, unless that is impossible or cannot reasonably be asked of us. In some cases you are entitled to a price reduction or to termination and a refund. We are your point of contact, even if the manufacturer gives its own warranty.
- If a product with a defect has to be sent to us, or if we send you a new item or part, we pay the shipping costs. This also applies after the cooling-off period.
- A warranty from the manufacturer or from us comes on top of your statutory rights. It never limits those rights.
- Your statutory warranty does not apply to a defect caused by incorrect use, by use that goes against the instructions, or by a repair or modification carried out by anyone other than us, unless the defect is unrelated to this.
- You can find the European Union's official explanation of your statutory warranty, and how to report a problem, on our page Warranty and repairs.
Article 12. Complaints
- Do you have a complaint about a product, a delivery or our service? Let us know by email as soon as possible, with a clear description and, if possible, photos.
- We respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If we need more time, we will let you know within those 14 days when you will receive a full answer.
- If we cannot resolve it together, you can bring the dispute before the competent court.
Article 13. Liability
- Towards consumers, we are liable in accordance with the law. These terms do not limit that liability.
- We are not liable for damage caused by you using a product in a way that goes against the instructions or the safety instructions, unless the law provides otherwise.
Article 14. Force majeure
- If, due to a circumstance beyond our fault and control, such as a carrier disruption, extreme weather or a government measure, we are temporarily unable to meet an obligation, our obligations are postponed for as long as that circumstance lasts. We will let you know.
- If this lasts longer than 30 days, both you and we may terminate the agreement free of charge. You will then get back what you have already paid within 14 days. Your rights as a consumer, such as in the case of late delivery, remain in force.
Article 15. Personal data
We handle your personal data with care. You can read how in our privacy and cookie policy.
Article 16. Buying as a business
- If you order for your profession or business, articles 6 and 7 do not apply. You then have no right of withdrawal.
- The risk of a product passes to you at the moment we hand it to the carrier.
- Our liability towards a business customer is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.
- Disputes with a business customer are brought only before the competent court in the Oost-Brabant district.
Article 17. Applicable law
- Dutch law applies to every agreement with us. If you live in another country of the European Union as a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of that country.
- As a consumer, you may bring a dispute before the court of your own place of residence.
Article 18. Changes
We may amend these terms. The terms that applied at the time you ordered apply to your order.
