Here you can read what shipping costs, how long delivery takes and how to track your parcel.

Shipping costs and delivery time

• Netherlands: Shipping is free. Order on a working day before 16:00 and delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. We ship with DHL.
• Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia: Shipping is free. Order on a working day before 16:00 and delivery takes 1 to 8 working days.

You always see the shipping costs at checkout, before you complete your order.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as we ship your parcel, you receive an email with a track & trace code. With it you can see where your parcel is and when it will arrive. Not home when the courier comes? What happens then depends on the carrier. You can see it in your track & trace.

Later than expected

We deliver your order within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise together. If a product arrives later in our warehouse, we will let you know ourselves, with the new expected date. You then choose: wait, or cancel and get your money back.

Your delivery address

We deliver to the address you enter with your order. Check it carefully before you pay. Something not right? Email us as soon as possible, with your order number. As long as your parcel has not been shipped yet, we can usually still change the address.

Lost or damaged

Until your parcel is delivered to you, it is our responsibility. If anything goes wrong along the way, we will sort it out, at no extra cost to you.

• Delivered, but you have nothing? First check with your neighbours. If it is not there, email us your order number. We will look into it with the carrier. If a parcel is really lost, we will send you a new one or refund you.
• Arrived damaged? Take photos of the box and of the product, and email them to us as soon as possible with your order number.
