Returns
Does your purchase not suit you after all, or have you changed your mind? Then you can send your purchase back. You have 30 days to change your mind, starting the day you receive the product.
How to send something back
- Register your return within your 30 days. You can do this online via Cancel the agreement here: enter your name, your order number and your email address and you get a confirmation straight away. You can also email us at contact@justanotherstore.nl, with your order number.
- You get a free return label from us by email.
- Pack the product securely, with all parts and the manual. The original packaging is not required.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days after you registered your return.
Your money back
We refund you within 14 days after you registered your return, including the standard shipping costs. We do this the same way you paid. We may wait until we have the product back, or until you show that you have sent the product. If you send back only part of your order, we do not refund the shipping costs.
Trying it out is fine
You may unpack and look at the product the way you would in a shop. If we see on a return that a product has been used more than needed to assess it, we will let you know first, with photos, before we deduct anything.
Prefer a different colour or size?
Exchanging takes two steps: you send the product back and you place a new order. That is the fastest way to get what you want.
Broken or not right?
Is your product broken, does it not work properly or did you receive something other than what you ordered? Then your legal guarantee applies, even after your 30 days. You pay nothing. Read more at Warranty and repair.
