Disconnect everything: unplug the charger from the socket and from the bottle. Wait about 1 minute. Check that the charging point is clean, free of dust and dirt. Then first attach the charger firmly to the bottle and only then plug it into the socket. Is the light on, but the bottle doesn't get warm? Or is the bottle more swollen than before? Then please contact our customer service.

Because of the heat, air can get into the bottle after a while. The bottle then looks more swollen and sometimes stops heating up early. You can release the air from the bottle. Do this when the bottle has cooled down and is disconnected from the charger. Use a screwdriver to remove the white flap and then the cap. Hold the bottle upright, so the water sinks down and the air can escape. Doesn't work, or does the bottle stay swollen? Then please contact our customer service.

When you open it, a new bottle may still smell slightly of production. Does the bottle smell strong or chemical while charging? Or when the bottle is warm? Then stop using the bottle. Please contact our customer service. Also let us know whether the smell was already there when you opened it, or only started later. That helps us see what's going on.

Then stop using the bottle and the charger. Unplug it from the socket. This also applies if you see wires or if the charger comes loose. Is smoke or hot water coming out of the bottle? Then stop immediately too. Please contact our customer service and send a photo if possible. We'll look for a solution together.

The Aura is a water-filled hot water bottle that you heat electrically. You take the Aura out of its cover, attach the charger and plug it into the socket. Heating takes 8 to 12 minutes. A light stays on while the Aura heats up. After that, you use the bottle without a cord and it stays warm for 2 to 5 hours. The soft fleece cover has openings on the sides for your hands.
