Frequently asked questions
My heating pad switches off or the lights are flashing. What can I do?
Unplug all the plugs: from the socket and from the pad itself. Then plug them back in firmly. Test the socket with another device. Then hold down the on/off button for a few seconds. This works as a reset. Do the lights keep flashing, does the pad keep switching off, or does the pad not get warm? Then please contact our customer service.
Can I get the manual again?
Yes. Please contact our customer service. We'll send you the manual digitally. You can then open it at any time and print it yourself if you like. We don't send a paper copy separately. The manual also explains how to use and wash the pad safely.
What is a heating pad?
An electric heating pad warms up on electricity. The HeatMat is a flat pad of 30 x 40 cm with a soft fleece cover. You place the HeatMat wherever you want warmth: behind your back on the sofa, on your stomach or under your feet. Also in your office chair or in bed. The cord is 2.3 metres long, so you don't have to sit right next to the socket.
How does the HeatMat work?
Plug the cord into the socket. With the controller on the cord, you choose from 6 heat settings, from 33 to 48 °C according to the controller. Within a few minutes, the pad is warm. You set the timer to 30, 60 or 90 minutes. After that, the pad switches off automatically. Want to wash the HeatMat? Detach the cord with the controller. The pad can then go in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 °C.
How do you use the HeatMat safely?
It has built-in overheating protection. With the timer, the pad switches off automatically after 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Please also keep a few things in mind. Don't fold the pad double while the HeatMat is on. Don't use the HeatMat for long periods on the highest setting. Do you have sensitive skin? Then choose a low setting, with a thin cloth in between if you like. Let the pad cool down before you put the HeatMat away.
How do returns work?

What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
