What is a heating pad?
The Thera is a warm wrap for your neck and shoulders. The Thera provides heat and can also vibrate for massage. You don't need a power outlet: you connect the Thera to a power bank or USB adapter. That way you can use the Thera at home on the couch, at the office or on the go. You can also place the Thera on your upper back, waist, stomach or legs. The wrap is 50 x 38 cm.
How does the Thera work?
Connect the fixed USB cable to a power bank or USB adapter of at least 5V/2A. A power bank is not in the box. You put the power bank in the pocket in the wrap. With the buttons on the shoulder you choose from 3 heat settings and 3 vibration modes. Use heat and massage separately or together. After 45 minutes the Thera switches off automatically. A safety feature protects against overheating.
Is a Dutch manual included?
Yes. The manual is available in Dutch, English, German and French.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
