Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is a heating pad?
The HeatHalo is an electric heating pad shaped like a collar. The HeatHalo drapes around your neck and over your shoulders, so you feel the warmth right there. The pad is 60 x 62 cm. The outside is soft flannel, the inside is fleece. You close the HeatHalo at the front with snap buttons. That keeps the HeatHalo in place and leaves your hands free.
How does the HeatHalo work?
Plug the HeatHalo into the power outlet. The cord is 2 meters long. With the controller on the cord you choose from 4 heat settings. Lights show which setting is on. Within 5 minutes the HeatHalo is warm. After 90 minutes it switches off automatically. A safety feature protects against overheating. Want to wash the cover? First disconnect the controller. Then take off the cover and wash it in the washing machine.
