How do I care for het warmtekussen?
- Detach the controller from the pad before you wash it.
- Hold the connection on the pad and pull the plug part straight out. Never pull on the cord.
- Wash the pad in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 °C.
- Don't fold the pad double at the connection, not even when you put it away.

Frequently asked questions
My heating pad won't switch on or stays on setting 1. What can I do?
First try a reset. Unplug all the plugs: from the socket and from the pad. Wait a few seconds and plug everything back in firmly. Switch the pad on and hold down the on/off button a little longer than usual. Also test the socket with another device. Does the controller still not respond properly afterwards? Then please contact our customer service.
My heating pad gets less warm than it used to. How come?
First check that the plug and the cord connection on the pad are secure and firmly attached. Then leave the pad on the highest setting for 10 to 15 minutes without wearing the WarmWrap. That way you can feel how warm the WarmWrap gets. Does the WarmWrap stay clearly less warm than before? Then please contact our customer service. We'll look for a solution together.
I can't get the plug out to wash the pad. How do I do that?
The controller plug can sometimes be a bit tight, but it is meant to come out. Hold the connection on the pad firmly with one hand. With your other hand, pull the plug part straight out. A slight wiggle is fine, but do it gently and without much force. Never pull on the cord itself. This prevents damage to the connection.
How does the WarmWrap work?
You drape the WarmWrap over your shoulders. The WarmWrap covers your neck, your shoulders and your back, down to your sides. You close the WarmWrap at the neck with snap buttons and tie the fabric band around your waist. Plug the cord into the socket. With the controller on the cord, you choose from 3 heat settings. The pad switches off automatically.
How do you use the WarmWrap safely?
Protection guards against overheating and the pad switches off automatically. Don't fold the WarmWrap double, especially not at the cord connection. Also not when you put the WarmWrap away. Want to wash it? Then detach the controller first. Never pull on the cord itself. The pad can then go in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 °C.
Is a Dutch manual included?
Yes. The manual is available in Dutch, English and German.
How do returns work?

What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
