- A lot of lint makes the Lint Pro slower or makes the Lint Pro switch off by itself.
- Keep the device dry: water damage is not covered by the warranty.

Frequently asked questions
My Lint Pro won't charge and the light keeps flashing red. What now?
First try a different cable and a different adapter. That way you can see whether the problem is the cable or the device. Use a regular USB adapter, not a fast charger. A fast charger doesn't always suit this device. Is the Lint Pro still not charging after that? Then contact our customer service. We'll look into it with you.
The light is green, but the Lint Pro only works for a short time. How come?
That may be down to the charger. Some fast chargers deliver more power than the Lint Pro needs. The light then sometimes turns green while the battery isn't properly full. You'll notice this from a long charging time and a short run time. So charge the Lint Pro with a regular USB adapter or via your laptop. Still having the problem? Then contact our customer service.
The Lint Pro keeps spinning slower and stops after a few minutes. Is the Lint Pro broken?
Often not. Is the lint tray full, or is there lint between the blades? Then the Lint Pro runs slower and switches itself off. It then seems as if the battery is empty. Empty the tray and brush the blades clean with the small brush. Then charge the Lint Pro fully. Is the Lint Pro still not working properly? Contact our customer service.
I'm missing the 5 extra blades. Are they included?
Yes, this version of the Lint Pro comes with 5 extra blades. Are the blades not in the box? That's not how it should be, our apologies. Contact our customer service and tell us the blades are missing. Then we'll find a solution together.
How do you remove lint from your sweater?
Is your sweater made of wool, linen or another delicate fabric? Then first put the protective cap on the Lint Pro. For cotton and synthetic fabric, use the Lint Pro without the cap. Then go over the pills. Three blades spin behind the cap. The holes in three sizes catch small and large bits of lint. The lint falls into the lint tray. Empty that tray often, because a full tray makes the Lint Pro slower.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
