Frequently asked questions
My Lint Pro won't charge. The light blinks red and goes out. What now?
Are you charging the Lint Pro with a fast charger? It sometimes doesn't work well with this device. The Lint Pro then blinks red 5 times, for example, and switches off. Try a regular 5 V USB adapter, not a fast charger. Also check that the voltage and power of your adapter match the manual. If the Lint Pro still won't charge, please contact our customer service.
Does a manual come with it?
The box contains a card with pictures and a QR code. Scan the code with your phone to open the manual. Don't have a smartphone, or can't get the scan to work? Please contact our customer service. We can then email you the manual.
How do you remove lint from your sweater?
Is your sweater made of wool, linen or another delicate fabric? Then first put the protective cap on the Lint Pro. For cotton and synthetic fabric, use the Lint Pro without the cap. Then go over the pills. Three blades spin behind the cap. The holes in three sizes catch small and large bits of lint. The lint falls into the lint tray. Empty that tray often, because a full tray makes the Lint Pro slower.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
