My Lint Pro Mini stopped working after a few uses. What now?
Often the Lint Pro Mini is then full of dust or lint. Empty the lint tray. Then clean the blades with the brush from the box. The manual shows you how. Is the Lint Pro Mini still not working after that? Then contact our customer service. We'll help you further.
How do you remove lint from your sweater?
Press the button and move the Mini gently over your sweater. Three stainless steel blades spin behind the cap. The cap has holes in three sizes, so you can tackle small and large bits of lint. The lint goes into a lint tray. Empty that tray often and brush the lint from between the blades with the brush from the box. You can use the Mini on wool, cotton and linen.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
