The Ironing Board X has a lock that keeps the board folded. Is the board stiff to open or close? Or does the ironing board not stay folded? That's not how it should be. Contact our customer service. Send a photo or short video of the moment you fold or unfold the board. Then we'll look right away at what's going on.
Which ironing board suits my iron?
If you iron with a steam generator, choose the Ironiq Pro L or X: they have a holder for the steam unit. The Ironiq Pro M is for an iron or steam iron and has a fixed rest where your iron stands upright. The X has the widest ironing surface: 122 x 43.5 cm.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
