Does the Ironing Board L come with a sleeve board?
No, the Ironing Board L does not come with a sleeve board. You get the board with a steam unit holder and folding rack. Want a sleeve board anyway? You can use the separate Ironiq Sleeve sleeve board. Did the description of your order include a sleeve board? Then please contact our customer service and we'll see together what we can do for you.
My ironing board wobbles. What can I do?
First unfold the board completely, until the lock is firmly in place. Then place the ironing board on a flat floor. Sometimes the board seems to wobble when the ironing board isn't quite in the right position. Is the ironing board still not steady afterwards? Then please contact our customer service. Ideally, send a photo along so we can take a look right away.
Which ironing board suits my iron?
If you iron with a steam generator, choose the Ironiq Pro L or X: they have a holder for the steam unit. The Ironiq Pro M is for an iron or steam iron and has a fixed rest where your iron stands upright. The X has the widest ironing surface: 122 x 43.5 cm.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
