Which size should I choose?
- 150 x 80 cm: single underblanket for a single bed of 90 x 200 cm. On a wider bed, the underblanket heats one side
- 160 x 140 cm: double underblanket, 140 cm wide, with two controllers
- Elastic straps: for mattresses that are 17 to 22 cm thick on average
How do I care for de onderdeken?
- Unplug the blanket from the socket and disconnect the controller.
- Wash the blanket in the washing machine at 30 degrees, on a gentle cycle.

A warm bed to step into
The underblanket lies on your mattress, under the fitted sheet. With the controller next to your bed you choose the heat, and the timer then switches the underblanket off by itself. Detach the controller, and the underblanket can go in the washing machine at 30 degrees.

Frequently asked questions
All the lights on the controller are flashing and the blanket isn't getting warm. What can I do?
Unplug all the plugs, including the plug in the blanket itself. Then plug them back in firmly. Test the socket with another device. Lay the blanket completely flat, because a folded blanket can affect how it works. Then hold down the on/off button for a few seconds. This works as a reset. Do the lights keep flashing? Then please contact our customer service.
The elastic straps are too short for my mattress. What's going on?
The elastic straps are made for mattresses that are 17 to 22 cm thick on average. Is your mattress thicker, or do you have a topper on it? Then the straps may be too short. Is a strap broken, or does the blanket not stay in place? Then please contact our customer service. Please tell us the size and thickness of your mattress, and whether you use a topper.
Why does only part of my underblanket get warm?
First check that the blanket lies flat everywhere. If the blanket is doubled over or folded anywhere, the underblanket won't heat evenly. Do you have the 160 x 140 cm? It has two controllers. Check that both controllers are switched on. Then unplug all the plugs and firmly plug them back in. Does part of the blanket stay cold? Then please contact our customer service.
Why does the 160 x 140 cm come with two controllers?
The CozySnug in 160 x 140 cm comes with two controllers, each with its own plug. The 150 x 80 cm has one. An earlier product description said that every size came with one controller. That was wrong, and we apologise. Not sure which size suits you? Feel free to contact our customer service.
No manual is included. Where can I find it?
The box contains a flyer with a QR code. Scan the code with your phone. You can then view and download the manual. Don't have a phone to scan with, or can't find the flyer? Then please contact our customer service. We'll email you the manual as a PDF.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
