Which size should I choose?

Om te beginnen: deze elektrische deken is groot! Hij is lang en de breedte is ook ruim. Heel prettig. De aparte voetenwarmte doet precies wat is zocht: mijn bed lekker voorverwarmen voor mijn voeten. Het materiaal van de deken is soepel en zacht. Blij mee!

Warm feet, set separately
Cold feet in bed? The DualZone has its own zone for your feet. Set your feet to a higher setting than the rest, or a lower one. With the timer, the underblanket then switches off by itself.

How it works

Lay down the underblanket
Lay the DualZone flat on your mattress, with the controller on the side of your pillow. The foot zone then lies at the foot end. Pull the fitted sheet over it.

Choose your heat per zone
Hold down the on/off button. The button with the figure controls your body, the button with the foot controls your feet. Each zone has six settings. The setting for your body is shown at the top of the display, and for your feet at the bottom.

Set the timer
The DualZone starts with a 1-hour timer. Press the on/off button briefly for 3 or 9 hours. After that, the underblanket switches off by itself.

Frequently asked questions
Does the box include straps to attach the blanket to my mattress?
No, the DualZone comes without fastening straps. Lay the blanket flat on your mattress and pull the fitted sheet tightly over it. Was there a brochure in the box that mentions four straps? That brochure belongs to our CozySnug underblanket, which does come with straps. Apologies for the confusion.
Part of my underblanket doesn't get warm. What can I do?
The DualZone has two zones: one for your feet and one for the rest of your body. You set the zones separately. So first check that both zones are switched on. Then unplug all the plugs, including the one in the blanket, and firmly plug them back in. Test the socket with another appliance. Lay the blanket flat, without folds. Hold the on/off button for a few seconds as a reset. Doesn't help? Then contact our customer service.
I feel a small shock when I touch my partner. How is that possible?
Often that is static electricity. It is caused by friction between the underblanket, the fitted sheet and your clothing. With synthetic fabrics and dry air in particular, it happens easily. Test it like this: switch the blanket off and unplug it from the socket. Do you still feel the shock? Then it is static. Do you only feel it when the blanket is on? Then stop using the DualZone and contact our customer service.
How does the foot zone work?
The DualZone has a zone for your body and a zone for your feet. Each zone has its own button on the controller and six heat settings. The display shows the setting for your body at the top and for your feet at the bottom. The foot zone doesn't get warmer on its own: you choose whether your feet are warmer than the rest. The DualZone Double has two controllers, one for you and one for your partner.
Which side does the foot zone go on?
At the foot end. Lay the DualZone so that the controller ends up on the side of your pillow. The foot zone then lies by your feet and there is no heating under your pillow. Don't turn the underblanket around: the foot zone would then lie by your head.
Is a Dutch manual included?
Yes. The manual is available in Dutch, English and German.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
