How do I care for de elektrische deken?

- Wash the blanket in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 degrees, on a delicates or wool programme.
- Use a mild detergent and don't overfill the drum.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Leave the blanket to dry flat, or hang it up without clothespins.

Frequently asked questions
My blanket won't turn on and the display stays black. What can I do?
Unplug everything, including the plug in the blanket itself. Then firmly reconnect the plugs. Test the wall socket with another appliance. Then hold the on/off button for 5 to 10 seconds. This works as a reset. Do you have two blankets? Then use each blanket with its own controller. Do you briefly see a letter on the display, such as a C or an A? Then follow the same steps. If that doesn't help, please contact our customer service.
Why is only part of my blanket getting warm?
Usually the blanket is doubled over or folded somewhere. A kink in the heating wires slows the heat. The overheating protection can then also switch off parts of the blanket. Lay the blanket completely open and flat, without creases. Then hold the on/off button for a few seconds as a reset. Is a large part still cold? Then please contact our customer service.
Does the blanket get warm enough? Even on setting 9 it feels lukewarm.
You choose from 9 settings, from 29 to 45 °C. The heating wires get up to about 45 degrees. The wires sit between the fabric layers, so the heat doesn't reach your skin directly. That makes the blanket feel milder. Also check the display. The top number is the heat setting, the bottom one the timer. Does the blanket barely feel warm on the highest setting? Then please contact our customer service.
How does the timer work? My blanket switches off earlier than I set it.
With the controller you set the timer to 1 to 9 hours. When that time is up, the blanket switches off by itself. Does the blanket switch off earlier? Then lay the blanket completely open, because a folded blanket can affect how it works. Then unplug everything and firmly reconnect the plugs. Hold the on/off button for a few seconds as a reset. Does it keep happening? Then please contact our customer service.
Can the blanket go in the washing machine? And the dryer?
The blanket can go in the washing machine. First unplug it from the wall socket and disconnect the controller from the blanket. Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees, on a delicates or wool programme. Use a mild detergent and don't overfill the drum. The blanket can't go in the dryer. Leave the blanket to dry flat, or hang it up without clothespins.
Is a Dutch manual included?
Yes. The manual is available in Dutch, English and German. You can find the manual via the QR code in the box.
