Frequently asked questions
My blanket doesn't get warm. What can I do?
Unplug all the plugs, including the plug in the blanket itself. Then firmly plug them back in. Test the socket with another appliance. Spread the blanket out completely, because a folded blanket can affect how it works. Then hold the on/off button for a few seconds. That works as a reset. Does the blanket stay cold, or does the control not switch on? Then contact our customer service.
Why does only half of my blanket get warm?
First check that the blanket lies flat everywhere. If the blanket is doubled over or folded somewhere, it will not heat evenly. Spread the blanket out completely and reset the control: hold the on/off button for a few seconds. Also unplug the plugs and firmly plug them back in. Does half stay cold? Then contact our customer service.
Is it normal that the edges of the blanket don't get warm?
Yes, that's normal. A strip without heating wires runs along the sides. As a result, the edges don't get warm and you feel the warmth mainly in the center of the blanket. Isn't the center getting properly warm either? Then lay the blanket out completely flat and reset the controller. If that doesn't help, please contact our customer service.
No manual is included. Where can I find it?
The box contains a flyer with a QR code. Scan the code with your phone to see the manual. Can't scan it, or lost the flyer? Then contact our customer service and we'll send you the manual. Keep your invoice safe too, as it serves as proof of warranty.
I'm giving the blanket as a gift. Can you tell what's inside from the box?
Yes. The blanket comes in the manufacturer's original box. The box clearly shows, with text and an image, that it contains a heated blanket. Want to truly surprise someone? Then wrap the whole box, or put the box inside another box. Do keep the flyer with the manual with the blanket.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
