How do I care for het droogrek?
- Clean the frame with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Let the rack dry completely before you fold it.
- Once a year, lubricate the hinges with a drop of silicone spray.
- Hanger bar sagging? Tighten the clamp at the bottom of the bar a bit more.
- Don't leave the rack outside in rain or frost.

Frequently asked questions
The hanger bar sags or is crooked. What can I do?
There is a clamp at the bottom of the hanger bar. Tighten it a bit more. Then the bar will stand firmly again. It works like a bike saddle that you tighten again after adjusting it. Does the bar still sag afterwards, or is something broken? Then please contact our customer service. Preferably include a photo.
The hanging section sags. How come?
Often the clamps on the side are not tight enough yet. Check that the clamps on both sides are secure. Tighten the clamps further if needed. Then the fastening will be tighter and the hanging section will stay in place. Does the hanging section still sag afterwards? Then please contact our customer service.
A slat or bar is loose when I unpack the rack. What now?
Sorry, that's not supposed to happen. Take a photo of the loose or broken part. Send it to our customer service and tell us what is loose. Please include your order number too. That way we can help you faster and find a solution together.
Are clothespins included?
Only with the version with clothespins: it comes with plastic clothespins and a clothespin bag. The version without clothespins is the rack with the manual. The rack itself is the same in both versions.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
