Frequently asked questions
The dust bin won't click into place after emptying. What now?
First check whether the filter is seated properly in the dust bin. Is the filter slightly crooked or sticking out a little? Then the bin won't fit properly and won't click into place. Push the filter straight and all the way back into the bin. Then click the bin back onto the handheld vacuum. Still not working? Please contact our customer service and we'll help you figure it out.
What is a handheld vacuum?
A crumb vacuum, or handheld vacuum, is a small vacuum cleaner you hold in your hand. At home, the SuperNova runs cordless on a built-in battery, for up to 25 minutes per full charge. In the car, you use the 5-meter car cable on the 12V socket. A switch lets you choose between battery and car cable. The LED light shows what's under the car seat or between the cushions.
What is a HEPA filter?
A HEPA filter is a fine filter that also traps very fine dust. The SuperNova has a metal pre-filter and a HEPA filter. Rinse both under the tap. First remove the dust bin and empty it over the trash can. Then put the filter straight and all the way back into the dust bin. Otherwise the bin won't click into place properly.
How do returns work?

What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
