How do I care for de kruimeldief?
- Detach the dust container and empty the dust container over the bin.
- Pull the filter straight up out of the dust container with a short, firm movement.
- Rinse the metal pre-filter and the HEPA filter under the tap.
- Let the filters dry thoroughly and then put the filters back.
- Put the filter back straight and all the way in, otherwise the dust container won't click into place.

My crumb vacuum no longer charges. What can I do?
First check whether the charging cable and the port on the crumb vacuum are intact. Do you see damage to the cable or the port? Then stop using the crumb vacuum. Is the crumb vacuum still not charging after that, or does the light stay green while the battery is empty? Then contact our customer service. Send a short video of the charging. Also tell us whether you've ever vacuumed up moisture with it. That way we can see the cause faster.
Are extra HEPA filters included?
No, this version comes with 1 HEPA filter. That one is already in the crumb vacuum. Want a spare? There is a separate set of 2 SuperNova HEPA filters. There is also a version with a storage bag and 3 HEPA filters. Rinse the filter under the tap now and then and let the filter dry thoroughly before you put the filter back.
Is the storage bag included?
Yes, this version comes with a storage bag. You keep the crumb vacuum, the nozzles and the cables together in it. That's handy in the cupboard or in the car boot. Is the bag not in your package? Then contact our customer service. We'll see together what happened.
My crumb vacuum is broken. How does the warranty work?
Sorry to hear that. Contact our customer service. Describe as precisely as possible what isn't working. Does the crumb vacuum not switch on, does the battery not charge, or does the crumb vacuum not suck well? A photo or short video helps us look into it quickly. Then we'll look for a suitable solution together.
How do I empty the dust container? The filter is stuck.
First take the dust container off the crumb vacuum. The filter fits snugly and therefore sits firmly. Pull the filter straight up out of the container with a short, firm movement. Empty the container over the bin. Then put the filter back straight and all the way in. Doesn't work? Let our customer service know and we'll help you figure it out.
