Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I order the charger separately?
Yes, you can. We can ship a separate charger. Please contact our customer service. Mention that you have the SuperNova handheld vacuum and give us your address. Then we'll get the shipment ready for you. There are costs involved. Customer service will tell you these in advance.
What is a handheld vacuum?
A handheld vacuum is a small vacuum cleaner that you hold in your hand. The SuperNova runs cordless on a built-in battery. A full battery lasts up to 30 minutes. In the car, you connect the SuperNova to the 12V connection. You can use it to pick up crumbs, dust and sand. With the crevice tool, the brush and the flexible hose, you can also reach seams and corners.
What is a HEPA filter?
A HEPA filter is a fine filter. It also traps very fine dust. The SuperNova works without a bag: the dirt goes into a dust bin of about 0.5 liters, which you detach to empty. This version comes with 3 HEPA filters. A dirty filter reduces suction power. Clean the dirty filter and insert another filter in the meantime.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
