- Take out the HEPA filter and rinse the filter with water.
- Let the filter dry thoroughly and then put the filter back.

Frequently asked questions
Dirt falls back out of the suction opening. How come?
The Meteor has no flap on the inside of the suction opening. As a result, dirt can fall back out if you hold the Meteor upright or switch it off while vacuuming. Our tip: only switch off the crumb vacuum once the suction opening is horizontal again. Then the dirt stays in the dust container. Then empty the dust container over the bin.
The dust container won't stay attached. What now?
The dust container is held in place by a flap and a button. Does the container not stay in place, or does the button stay stuck? Then a part is probably broken. Contact our customer service. Send a photo or short video. Then we'll look with you at a suitable solution.
My crumb vacuum only runs briefly or won't switch on. What can I do?
First charge the Meteor fully with the USB cable. After that, the Meteor can run for up to 30 minutes, depending on how you use the Meteor. Does the Meteor not switch on after a full charge, or does the Meteor only run for a few minutes? Then contact our customer service. Tell us how long you charged the Meteor and how long the Meteor runs afterwards.
There was no manual in the box. Where do I find it?
Missing the manual? Contact our customer service. The manual can also be viewed and downloaded digitally, via a QR code. Customer service will help you with that. That way you can read everything at your leisure, including charging and cleaning the filter.
Is a storage bag included?
No, the Meteor doesn't come with a storage bag. You get the crumb vacuum with a crevice nozzle, a brush nozzle, a flexible hose and a USB cable. Do the attachments not stay on properly? Click the attachments firmly onto the crumb vacuum. Doesn't work? Then contact our customer service.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
