Frequently asked questions
Can the heater be used with a power strip?
No. Plug the Infernis directly into the wall outlet, not into a power strip. The heater uses 2000 W on the high setting and 1000 W on the low setting. In fan mode, the Infernis blows air without heat. Don't leave the Infernis on when you leave or go to sleep.
Is a Dutch manual included?
Yes. The manual is available in Dutch, English, German and French.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
