You connect the Solace to a power bank with the USB cable. A power bank is not in the box, so you need your own. With one button on the poncho you choose from 3 heat settings. There is no timer, so you switch the poncho off yourself. Use the zip at the front to close the poncho around you. You can also use the poncho as a blanket. Use the poncho dry only.
Is a Dutch manual included?
Yes. The manual is available in Dutch, English, German and French.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Register your return on our returns page and you'll get a free return label. You get your purchase amount back, including standard shipping costs.
What if something doesn't work?
You always have the statutory warranty. Email us your order number and what's wrong, preferably with a photo or short video. You choose: free repair or a replacement. It costs you nothing, not even shipping.
